WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We collect personal information from you when you register as a landowner with us, sign our Hot Pools Access Agreement or complete our forms, either online or in person.

Your Hot Pools mobile phone gate access provides us information about your use of the Hot Pools and we operate CCTV in order to protect you and our whenua.

HOW DO WE USE THE INFORMATION?
When you register, complete a form or join our Facebook Groups (or follow our Facebook page), we will use the information to send you information about Trust activities, news, events and services that we think may be of interest to you.
We may also aggregate your information to analyse trends, preferences and demographics.
We may use the information for other purposes with your prior permission.

HOW DO I ACCESS/AMEND OR REMOVE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it if it is wrong.
