Landowners can table agenda items leading up to the AGM. These will be dealt with during General Business.
Elections
TRUSTEE ELECTIONS:
Two trustee positions are to be voted for. Graeme Niao retires by rotation and has been nominated for re-election. There is one other vacancy.
The nominees for election include:

VOTING: Voting will be in person or by proxy. As per the Trust Deed, The voting method will be determined by a show of hands; from there voting will be determined if the voting method is by show of hands or by shares for Resolutions. Proxy forms are to be submitted to the Returning Officer, mkinder@deloitte.co.nz by post PO Box 12003, Rotorua, 3045 or in person at the Deloitte Office, Level 2, 1176 Amohau Street, Rotorua; no later than 5 pm, Thursday, 12 November 2020 as per the Trust Deed. There will be no late proxies accepted. The results for the Trustee election will be collated and published on the website and in local newspapers.
REGISTRATIONS: 8.30am start. Every landowner attending will need to register prior to 10am to vote. Please bring proof of address and identification to assist the administration.
